Marc Strongwater
President, CEO
Marc Strongwater is a 3rd generation leader in the construction and design industry. Born in 1963, the same year the company was founded by his grandfather, Marc has been at the helm of the company for the last 37 years since 1987.
Marc Strongwater is an internationally recognized expert in coordinating comprehensive construction and design projects, ranging from residential and commercial builds to large-scale infrastructure developments. With over 30 years of experience, he is renowned for his expertise in the construction and rebuild industry, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, government agencies, and property developers.
Marc excels in accurately assessing project requirements and delivering reliable, high-quality construction outcomes. He guides the construction process with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of design and functionality. His commitment is to oversee all aspects of construction, from initial design to final build, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.
Andre Monte Santo
Chief Operations Officer
Since joining Strongwater in 2012, Andre has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, leading to his recent promotion as a partner and Chief Operations Officer. His broad expertise and leadership skills continue to drive Strongwater Restoration’s success in the industry.
He is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in IT, programming, banking, and finance, cultivated through his education in Brazil. His leadership experience includes serving on the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees at St. Peter’s Church in Danbury, where he contributed to the strategic financial oversight of the organization.
Andre has held key roles in operations and client relations, including his tenure as a Regional Director at a national cleaning company, where he successfully managed multiple teams and ensured client satisfaction. His entrepreneurial spirit was also evident when he became a franchise owner of Carmen Steffens, a luxury shoe brand.

With a solid foundation in project management, Alex joined Strongwater in 2003 as a Project Manager. Over the years, Alex’s dedication and leadership led to a partnership and the role of partner and Chief Operations Officer.

Alex is a dedicated and results-driven Operations Manager with over six years of expertise in high-rise residential and commercial construction, residential home building, and third-party vendor management, and he joined Strongwater in 2022. He has a proven track record of successfully planning, implementing, and completing multiple projects on time and within budget. Adept at reviewing and preparing RFPs, contracts, permits, drafts, cost estimates, and insurance. Skilled in preparing construction documents, estimating costs, budgeting, and coordinating project schedules. Strong business acumen with a focus on maximizing profitability and operational efficiency.
